To be eligible for our services, your Instagram account must be set to public mode. We cannot provide our services to private accounts due to Instagram’s privacy restrictions. If your account is private and you have placed an order, we cannot process it nor provide a refund.
2. Payment Verification
In order to maintain a secure transaction environment, we work closely with our payment processor (Stripe) to monitor for any suspicious payment activities. If a payment is flagged as suspicious, we may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. This could include a screenshot of the transaction from their banking app or a card statement showing the last 4 digits of the card used for the payment. We use this information solely for verification purposes to ensure that all payments on our website are legitimate and authorized by the cardholder. If a customer refuses to provide this information, we reserve the right to withhold services and deny refund requests.
3. Assurance of Service
We are committed to offering you a 30-day refill protection for any unexpected drop in followers, likes, views, or comments, ensuring the value of your purchase. Refunds are not available in such instances, but we promise to refill your order promptly.
4. Completion of Orders
We will refund your payment if we fail to process your order due to reasons within our control. However, orders that are currently being processed or have been successfully completed are not eligible for a refund.
